1. Background

WWF Thailand intends to develop the Cyber Spotter Thailand Website, adapted from the existing Cyber Spotter Singapore platform.

The website aims to serve as an educational and engagement platform for youth, educators, and the public to enhance awareness of online wildlife crime and encourage responsible reporting of illegal wildlife trade activities through digital channels.

The Thai version website will be localized to reflect the language, context, and wildlife trade issues relevant to Thailand while maintaining the overall learning objectives and user experience of the original Cyber Spotter platform.

2. Objectives

The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, developing, and launching the Cyber Spotter Thailand Website with the following objectives:

• Develop a Thai-language version based on the Cyber Spotter Singapore platform.
• Localize content, graphics, case studies, and examples for Thailand.
• Deliver a user-friendly and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

3. Scope of Work

3.1 Website Design and Development (WordPress)

The vendor shall:

• Develop the website based on the structure and key functionalities of the Cyber Spotter Singapore platform.
• Apply WWF branding guidelines where applicable.
• Ensure responsive design across multiple screen sizes and devices.
• Optimize website performance and loading speed.

3.2 Content Localization

The vendor shall:

• Adapt and migrate approved content into Thai language.
• Modify examples, case studies, and visual materials to suit the Thai context.
• Configure website menus, navigation, and page layouts as approved by WWF Thailand.

3.3 Interactive Features

The website should include relevant interactive components such as:

• Educational quizzes
• Interactive learning modules
• Downloadable educational resources
• Contact and feedback forms
• Analytics tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics or equivalent)

3.4 Testing and Launch

The vendor shall:

• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing.
• Address technical issues and bugs prior to launch.
• Support website deployment and go-live activities.
• Provide post-launch technical support for a minimum period of 30 days.

5. Duration: The project duration shall be approximately three (3) months from the contract signing date.

7. Vendor Qualifications

The vendor should meet the following minimum qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of experience in website development.
• Proven portfolio of relevant website or digital platform projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design and responsive web development.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience working with NGOs, conservation organizations, or educational platforms is desirable.

8. Budget Proposal

The financial proposal should provide a clear breakdown of costs, including:

• UX/UI Design
• Website Development
• Content Localization
• Quality Assurance and Testing
• Training and Handover
• Maintenance and Technical Support (if applicable)

All prices should clearly indicate whether VAT and other applicable taxes are included.

(WWF Will provide domain, hosting, Image, Graphic, Infographics and Content)
